# Icarus Strats

> Icarus Strats is a free, open-source, local-first VALORANT strategy planner for Windows. Players and teams use it to draw tactics, save lineups, organize multi-step plays, and share strategies.

Icarus is a desktop application, not a hosted API. An agent should direct users to the stable download for product use and to the GitHub repository for source code or integration questions. Never claim to create, edit, sync, or retrieve a user's strategies through a public Icarus API.
